The ARIANNA project aimed at testing an integrated organizational model within the Home Palliative Care Units (HPCUs), by monitoring patients’ care paths, from the early identification to the eventual decease, and by registering for the entire length of the study, with shared tools throughout different settings, the path and their clinical conditions.

ARIANNA is a 18 months multicenter observational study, promoted by Fondazione G. Berlucchi and Agenas (Agenzia Nazionale per i Servizi Sanitari Regionali), which recruited and monitored patients with less than 12 months of life expectancy. The study began the 1st of March 2014 and ended the 31st of August 2015.

Below the materials on the methodology of the study and the collected results.
